Ben heads up airtime360, and co-formed the business with Rob in 2006.
We recognised the need in the market for dedicated start-up technologists, who have the experience and expertise to specialise
in this tough area.
Ben is a highly competent Windows and Web programmer, and also has a wide range of non-programming skills
including Project Management, team management, and general business / entreprenuerial skills.
Ben completed a degree in Psychology before working at Rolls-Royce plc as an HR professional / IT Trainer.
Projects included working on implementing the SAP Project Management module and the SAP HR module,
moving from system configuration through to process re-engineering and delivering final training to users.
Ben then made an internal move to a corporate department responsible for setting company HR policy, for identifying and
developing the leaders of the future and acting as HR consultants to the producing businesses.
After 3 years Ben left to setup a freelance programming business, having self-taught programming using Access and Word / Excel
macros (VBA). Ben has 10 years of commercial programming experience.
