Mercurylogic is another London-based consultancy - for dentists. The consultancy takes a minimal number of data points from the practice each month, and then processes this data into a set of management reports that allows the practice to benchmark their monthly performance, and decide where to target their management focus.
The challenge for Airtime360 was to take a bespoke processing system, written by a non-programmer in Excel, and produce a working website that would allow the clients to logon and see their own information on demand - traditionally this was presented in person by the consultancy each month.
